Privacy statement Affect Fotografie
Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed through my webshop. Affect Fotografie considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by me.
In our processing I adhere to the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that:

When using my webshop I obtain certain information from you. This can be personal data. I only use and store the personal data that is provided by you directly, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear that they are provided to me to process.

I keep this information so that you do not have to enter it every time and so that I can contact you in the context of the implementation of your wish or question.
I will not provide your data to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of your wish or question you have for me.
Handling the order
Orders for the production and delivery of prints of my work for private individuals are for the most part through my web shop, which is provided by We Make It Work B.V. (Werk aan de Muur) is maintained and carried out.

When you place an order with me for a photo shoot or a special print of a work that is not produced through my webshop at Werk aan de Muur, I use your personal data to process it.
If necessary for proper handling, I can also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.
Advertisement
In addition to the information on my website, I can also inform you by e-mail about my new products and services.
Contact form and newsletter
I offer you the opportunity to ask questions via the contact form on my website, where you will be asked to enter your name and e-mail address to deal with your question. The data that you send me will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for the complete answering and processing thereof.
I offer a newsletter at most every six months to inform interested parties about my products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.

I do not publish your customer data.

I do not show advertisements linked to your email address.
Provision to third parties
I can pass on your data to my partners / producers. I will only forward your data to them if these partners / producers are involved in the implementation of your wish and they need your data to deliver their share.

The data will be deleted as soon as you indicate that you are no longer interested in my newsletter or as soon as my service has been delivered to peace.
