Privacy statement Affect Photography
Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed through my webshop. Affect photography considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by me.
In our processing I adhere to the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that:

Affect Photography is responsible for data processing. In this privacy statement I explain which personal data I collect and use and for what purpose.

Use of personal data
When using my webshop I obtain certain information from you. This can be personal data. I only use and store the personal data that is provided by you directly, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear that they are provided to me to process.

Handling the order
Orders for the production and delivery of prints of my work for private individuals are for the most part through my web shop, which is provided by We Make It Work B.V. (Work on the Wall) is maintained and carried out.

When you place an order with me for a photo shoot or a special print of a work that is not produced through my webshop at Werk aan de Muur, I use your personal data to process it.
If necessary for proper handling, I can also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.

Contact form and newsletter
I offer you the opportunity to ask questions via the contact form on my website, where you will be asked to enter your name and e-mail address to deal with your question. The data that you send me will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for the complete answering and processing thereof.
I offer a newsletter at most every six months to inform interested parties about my products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.
I do not publish your customer data.
I do not show advertisements linked to your email address
Provision to third parties
I can pass on your data to my partners / producers. I will only forward your data to them if these partners / producers are involved in the implementation of your wish and they need your data to deliver their share.
You are free to disable cookies through your browser. Keep in mind that it is possible that their website will no longer work optimally.
I use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use my site. Concluded a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about how my data is handled. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we have the IP addresses anonymized.
I take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. In particular, I take the following measures:
Access to personal data is protected with a username and password
I use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and mywebsite when you enter personal data
The personal data described above is kept for as long as necessary to process agreements about your wish or order.
After that, we keep data for as long as you want to be informed by e-mail about my products and services.
The data will be deleted as soon as you indicate that you are no longer interested in my newsletter or as soon as my service has been delivered to peace.

This privacy statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to the Werk aan de Muur webshop by means of links. I cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. Access and change your data
